Ingredients

    • Saffola Veggie Twist Masala Oats – 1 packet
    • Whole Wheat Sandwich Bread – 8 slices
    • Tomato - 1 nos.
    • Zuchinni – 1 Yellow.
    • Brinjal – 1 Nos.
    • Basil – 50 gms
    • Parmesan Cheese – 50 gms
    • Pine Nuts – 20 gms
    • Olive Oil – 50 ml
    • Garlic – 30 gms
    • Butter – 10 gms.
    • Salt and Pepper

How to make Pesto Grilled Sandwich

    • Cook the masala oats for 3 minutes in water. So they are ready to eat.
    • Finely slice brinjals, zucchini and tomato.
    • Make pesto by mixing basil, cheese, Saffola oil, pine nuts, garlic and salt.
    • Marinate all ingredients in pesto.
    • Spread butter on bread. Now spread a thick layer of cooked oats.
    • Line it with vegetables marinated with pesto. Cover with bread.
    • Grill the sandwich and serve hot.
