Pulisheri is a very famous recipe from Kerala. It is a curd based dish which is served with rice. Check out this famous delicacy from down South!

    • 1 chopped cucumber
    • 1 teaspoon red chilli powder
    • Salt to taste
    • 1 chopped green chilli
    • 2 teaspoon chopped ginger
    • 5-6 curry leaves (kaddi patta)
    • 2 teaspoon Saffola oil
    • 1 teaspoon mustard seeds (Rai)
    • 1 teaspoon cumin seeds (Jeera)
    • 1 teaspoon water
    • 1 cup curd
    • 1 cup buttermilk

How to make Pulisheri SouthIndian

    • In a mixing bowl add cucumber, red chilli powder, salt and mix well
    • Heat Saffola oil in a pan, Add mustard seeds, cumin seeds, green chillies, ginger, curry leaves, water and mix well
    • Whisk curd add buttermilk and mix well
    • Add the mixture to the cucumber
    • Add salt and the tadka to the mixing bowl and mix well…and cool for 3-4 hours
