Saffola Masala Oats Bread Pizza Recipe

Bread Pizza is a great way to adds oats into your diet. Make the sauce along with oats, fresh veggies and cheese and grill the pizza. Your snack or dinner will be ready in minutes.

    For Sauce


    • 200g tomato puree
    • 1 large finely chopped onion
    • 2-3 cloves finely chopped garlic
    • 1/4 teaspoon ajwain
    • 1 teaspoon chili flakes
    • 1 teaspoon dried oregano or mix herbs
    • 1/2 teaspoon sugar
    • 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
    • Salt to taste
    • 1 Packet Saffola Masala Oats {Jains may use plain Saffola oats}


    For Pizza


    • Bread / Pizza
    • Grated Cheddar cheese
    • Broccoli
    • Olives Basil Leaves
    • Baby corn
    • Bell peppers

How to make Saffola Masala Oats Bread Pizza

    For Sauce


    • Soak Saffola Masala oats in 1/2 cup water for 5 mins
    • Meanwhile, heat the olive oil and fry the onion for 3 minutes over low heat
    • Add ajwain, chili flakes and dried herbs. Saute briefly
    • Add tomato puree, sugar and pinch of salt and simmer covered for 5-7 minutes
    • Add Saffola Masala Oats and simmer for 3 to 4 minutes
    • Allow to cool down for 10 mins




    • Preheat the oven to 200°C
    • Take whole grain bread or a whole grain pizza base and spread the Saffola Masala oats tomatoes pizza sauce evenly over the surface
    • Top with chopped baby corn, broccoli and bell peppers followed with cheese
    • Sprinkle over olives, fresh herbs and chili flakes
    • Bake in a pre-heated oven at 200°C for 6 minutes for pizza toast, and 15 minutes for pizza base or till the cheese melts
