Saffola Masala Oats Pepper & Spice Mushroom Soup Recipe

    • 75 gm cup chopped finely onion
    • 1 tablespoon olive oil – this recipe needs OLIVE OIL
    • 5 gms garlic, minced
    • 150 gm finely chopped fresh mushroom
    • 40 gms Pepper & Spice SMO
    • 400 ml water
    • 10 gm chopped fresh coriander
    • 5 gm Salt
    • 5 gm crushed pepper

How to make Saffola Masala Oats Pepper & Spice Mushroom Soup

    • Sauté the onion in 1 tablespoon olive oil, then add the garlic, mix and sauté for 1 min.
    • Add the mushroom, sauté for 5 min on medium heat; stir to not let it burned.
    • Add the oat mix well, and then add water. Lower the temperature to medium low and let boil; simmer at low heat for 3 minutes hour.
    • Add coriander, mix let boil together for a min.
    • Serve with a lot of coriander on top.
