Saffola Peppy Tomato Oats Stuffed Egg Recipe

    • Eggs white of 4 eggs
    • Peppy Tomato SMO 40 gms
    • Green capsicum cut into thin strips 30 gm
    • Yellow capsicum cut into thin strips 30 gm
    • Red capsicum cut into thin strips 30 gm
    • Sprouted Green gram 15 gms
    • Spring onions sliced 20 gms
    • Saffola Oil 1 tsp
    • Garlic chopped 10 gms
    • Ginger chopped 5 gms
    • Salt 3 gms

How to make Oats Nut Crispbread

    • Heat oil in pan, add spring onions and the greens, garlic, ginger, green capsicum, yellow capsicum, red capsicums, sprouted moong, SMO and salt.
    • Toss and cook for 2 minute. Set aside.
    • Break three eggs into a bowl and whish with salt and a little water well.
    • Heat a non-stick pan. Pour some egg mixture and rotate the pan so that it spreads evenly all around.
    • Cook till the underside is done and the edges begin to loosen.
    • Place some of the stuffing on one side and roll.
