Ingredients

  • 1 Packet of Saffola Fruits & Nuts Strawberry Surprise
  • 1 tablespoon ghee
  • 1 cup {250ml} skimmed milk
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 tablespoon almonds, chopped
  • Strawberries, almond flakes to garnish

How to make Saffola Strawberry Surprise Oats Kheer Phirni

  • Heat ghee in a heavy bottom pan. Lightly roast the oats until light brown and fragrant
  • Gently add milk, honey and chopped almonds. Mix well and stir occasionally until oats are cooked and required consistency is attained
  • Once the kheer is slightly thick, transfer to serving bowls. Chill for a few hours
  • Garnish with sliced strawberries and almond flakes
