    • 1 pkt SMO Veggie Twist Oats
    • 100 gm salad leaves, chopped
    • 100 gm paneer, cubed
    • 150 gm Dalia cooked
    • 100 gm diced tomatoes
    • 50 gm Olives
    • Greek dressing
    • 1/8 clove minced garlic (finely)
    • Less than 1/8 tsp dried oregano
    • Less than 1/8 tsp mustard sauce
    • 1/8 tbsp vinegar
    • 1/8 tbsp fresh lemon juice
    • Less than 1/8 tsp salt
    • Less than 1/8 tsp black pepper
    • Less than 1/8 cup olive oil – It has to be OLIVE OIL as it’s a salad

How to make Saffola Veggie Twist Mason Jar Warm Salad

    • If making the Greek dressing, place all ingredients into a jar. Cover tightly, shake vigorously for 30 seconds, and then refrigerate until ready to use.
    • Cook the SMO as per packet instructions.
    • Set out your salad ingredients in the order in which they should be placed in the jars.
    • Start with a tbsp or two of dressing in the bottom of your jar, then layer your protein, tomato, dalia, greens, then grated paneer
    • Then top with cooked SMO and toppings.
    • Cover the jars with the lids, label with names if needed, and place upright in the refrigerator up to a week.
