Sauté for a few seconds and add the roasted potatoes, the prepared sweet and spicy sauce and sauté for 2 minutes on high flame, taking care not to mash the potatoes. Once the potatoes are coated well with the sauce, turn off the heat
Check the salt and spice levels and adjust to suit your taste
