Shakarkandi Masala Recipe

    • 2 tbsp Saffola oil
    • 1 onion sliced
    • 1 tbsp cumin seeds
    • 1 tbsp coriander seeds
    • 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
    • 1 tbsp coriander powder
    • Salt to taste
    • 1tbsp ginger-garlic paste
    • 1/2 cup boiled green peas
    • 1 bowl boiled sweet potatoes
    • 1 tbsp garam masala
    • 1/2 tbsp chaat masala
    • 2 tbsp lemon juice
    • 1 tbsp coriander leaves

How to make Shakarkandi Masala

    • Heat oil in a pan.
    • Add sliced onion, cumin seeds, coriander seeds, turmeric powder, coriander powder, salt, ginger-garlic paste, water and cook for 1- 2 mins.
    • Add green peas, sweet potatoes in the mixture and cook for 3 to 4 minutes.
    • Add garam masala, chaat masala, lemon and coriander leaves in the mixture.
