Sowa Masoor Dal Recipe

    • 1 cup Masoor dal
    • 1 cup water
    • 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
    • Salt to taste
    • 2 tbsp Saffola Oil
    • 1 tsp cumin seeds
    • 7-8 cloves of garlic
    • 6-7 curry leaves
    • 1 chopped onion
    • 2 chopped green chillies
    • 1 tbsp dill leaves

How to make Sowa Masoor Dal

    • Add dal, water, turmeric powder and salt to a small pressure cooker and cook for 8-10 mins.
    • Heat oil in a pan.
    • Add cumin seeds, garlic, curry leaves, onion, green chillies, water, cooked dal, dill leaves and cook for 2-3 mins.
