Spicy Karela Pizza Recipe

    • 5-6 sun dried bitter gourd pieces
    • 1 tbsp Saffola oil
    • 1 tsp cumin seeds
    • 2 sliced onions
    • 2 tsp coriander powder
    • 1 tsp red chilli powder
    • 1 tsp dry mango powder
    • 1 tsp turmeric powder
    • Salt to taste
    • 1/2 cup water
    • 2 pizza base
    • 2 tbsp tomato sauce
    • 3 small capsicums
    • 7-8 Olives
    • 2 cubes grated cheese

How to make Spicy Karela Pizza

    • Heat oil in a pan, add cumin seeds and sliced onions to it.
    • Once the onions turn light brown add bitter gourd pieces, coriander powder, red chilli powder, dry mango powder, turmeric powder, salt, half cup of water and cook for 3 to 4 mins.
    • Apply tomato sauce on a pizza base.
    • Add mixed bell peppers, cooked bitter gourd pieces, olives and grated cheese over it.
    • Bake the pizza at 180 degrees for 7 to 8 mins in the oven.
