Spinach & Corn Tarts Recipe

    • 1/2 cup jowar flour
    • 1/2 cup bajra flour
    • 1 cup whole wheat flour
    • 2 teaspoon salt
    • 3 talespoon Saffola oil
    • 1/2 cup spinach puree
    • 1 1/2 cups of water
    • 1 Packet of Saffola Masala Oats Veggie Twist 
    • 1/2 cup boiled corn
    • 1 tablespoon honey

How to make Spinach & Corn Tarts


    • In a big bowl, add jowar flour, bajra flour, wheat flour, spinach puree, salt, water and Saffola oil. Mix together and knead into a dough.
    • Once the dough is ready, rest it for about 1 hour.
    • While the dough is resting, add a packet of Saffola Masala Oats- Veggie Twist and a packet of water in a pan. Cook this for about 1 minute.
    • Add corn and honey to the Saffola Masala Oats mixture, and cook it for about 3 mins.
    • Once the dough has rested well, pull out a bit of the dough and evenly line it in a tart mould. Trim of the excess dough whenever required.
    • Poke holes in the dough in the mould with a fork.
    • Bake these tart shells for 15-20 minutes at 180 deg C
    • Once the shells are baked and cooled, remove them from the mould.
    • Stuff the tart shells with the oats filling.
    • Garnish with microgreens and cherry tomatoes.
    • Serve Hot!
