Ingredients

    • 500 grams of fresh spinach, washed and chopped 500 grams
    • 1 packet Saffola Veggie Twist Oats 40 grams
    • 1 teaspoon Saffola Active oil 5 ml
    • 1 clove garlic 2 grams
    • 1 stalk finely chopped celery 15 grams
    • 1/2 cup milk 120 ml
    • 2.2 cups water or vegetable stock 500 ml
    • salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste

How to make Oats Nut Crispbread

    • To begin, heat oil in large saucepan; add in the garlic, celery and sauté for a few seconds.
    • Add in the chopped spinach, sprinkle some salt and saute on medium heat until the spinach is wilted and cooked.
    • Add all the ingredients into a blender, and blend to make a smooth puree.
    • Once blender, pour the Spinach Soup into as sauce pan. Adjust the consistency of the soup by adding more or less milk or water/stock. Check the salt and pepper levels and adjust to suit your taste.
    • Bring the soup to a boil and allow it to be thin. Once done, turn off the heat and serve.
