Stuffed Chicken Karela Recipe

    • 1 tbsp Saffola oil
    • 1 tsp black cumin seeds
    • 3 tbsp chopped onions
    • 1 tbsp Saffola oil
    • 2 tbsp ginger-garlic paste
    • 200 gms minced chicken
    • 1 cup tomato puree
    • 1 tsp chilli powder
    • 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
    • 1/2 tsp dry mango powder
    • 1/2 tsp garam masala
    • Salt to taste
    • 1 chopped green chilli
    • 2 marinated bitter gourds
    • 1 tbsp Saffola oil

How to make Stuffed Chicken Karela

    • Heat oil in a pan.
    • Add black cumin seeds, onions, ginger-garlic paste and cook for 2 mins.
    • Add tomato puree, chilli powder, turmeric powder, dry mango powder, garam masala, salt, green chillies and cook for 3-4 minutes.
    • Heat oil in another pan.
    • Add the minced chicken and cook for 1-2 mins.
    • Add the cooked chicken to the stuffing and cook for 3-4 mins.
    • Add the stuffing to the bitter gourd and seal it with a thread. Heat oil in a grill pan and grill the bitter gourds for 4-5 mins.
    • Your Stuffed Chicken Karela is ready
