Stuffed Mushrooms Recipe

This is a unique recipe as the name suggests. Mushroom and Saffola Masala Oats make an unusual team that will make heads turn! Masala Oats gives a healthy & tasty dose along with Mushrooms. Recommended as a quick starter for cocktail parties.

Ingredients

    • 1 tsp Saffola oil
    • 200 gms Button Mushrooms, destalked
    • 2 tbsp Celery, chopped
    • 2 tbsp Carrot, chopped
    • ¼ cup paneer, grated
    • 1 Packet Saffola Masala Oats Veggie Twist
    • ½ tsp Black Pepper Powder
    • 50 gms Cheese, grated
    • Salt to taste

How to make Stuffed Mushrooms

    • Heat a pan. Add saffola oil, mushrooms stalks, carrots, celery, paneer, black pepper powder, salt & Saffola Masala Oats Veggie Twist.
    • Sauté the mixture and set aside once all the ingredients are cooked.
    • Place the destalked mushrooms on a baking tray.
    • Scoop out bit of the vegetable & oats mixture and stuff it into the mushrooms.
    • Top all the stuffed mushrooms with grated cheddar cheese.
    • Bake it at 180°C for 15 mins.
    • Serve Hot!

Hi, I would like to try this recipe of Masala Oats Stuffed Mushrooms. But I don't have Oven. Can u please suggest any substitute for Oven. Can i make it in Pan.
