Stuffed Panayaram Recipe

    • 4-5 leaves of pudina
    • 100 gms grated paneer
    • 50 gms grated coconut
    • 1 green chilli
    • Salt to taste
    • 1 tbsp sugar
    • 1 tbsp sesame oil
    • 1 tsp sesame seeds
    • 1 tsp garlic
    • 1/2cup cashew nuts
    • 1 tsp lemon juice
    • 1 bowl dosa batter
    • 1 tsp asafoetida powder
    • 1 tbsp Saffola oil

How to make Stuffed Panayaram

    • Add fresh pudina, grated paneer, grated coconut, green chillies, salt and sugar in a mixing bowl and mix well. 
    • Heat sesame oil in a pan, add sesame seeds, garlic & cashew nuts.
    • Dry roast this mixture for 2mins and add to the paneer mixture.
    • Add lemon juice.
    • Add asafoetida to the dosa batter and mix well. 
    • Glace the panayaram pan with oil, add the batter, panner mixture and cook for 30 seconds.
    • Turn the paniyarrams and cook for 1 min.
