    • 1 cup chopped pointed gourd
    • 1 tbsp Saffola Oil
    • 1 tsp mustard seeds
    • 1 tsp chilly powder
    • 1/2 tsp mustard powder
    • 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
    • Salt to taste
    • 1 tsp ghee
    • 1 tsp dry mango powder
    • 1 tbsp water

How to make Tangy Parwal

    • Heat oil in a pan.
    • Add mustard seeds and pointed gourd and cook for 2-3 mins.
    • Add chilly powder, mustard powder, turmeric powder, salt, ghee, dry mango powder, water and cook for 3-4 mins.
    • Serve hot with rice.
