Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp Saffola Oil
  • 1 tsp mustard seeds
  • 1/2 tsp asafoetida
  • 6-7 curry leaves
  • 2 slit green chillies
  • 6-7 cashew nuts
  • 2 tbsp grated coconut
  • 1 cup chopped carrot
  • 1 cup sliced ivy gourd
  • Salt to taste
  • 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
  • 1 cup cooked basmati rice
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1 tsp ghoda masala
  • 1/2 tbsp grated cheese

How to make Tendli Twist

  • Heat oil in a pan.
  • Add mustard seeds, asafoetida, curry leaves, chillies, cashew nuts and cook for 2-3 mins.
  • Once cooked add grated coconut, carrot, ivy gourd, salt, turmeric and cook for 3-4 mins.
  • Add rice, milk, ghoda masala, cheese and cook for 1 min.
  • Serve hot.
