Turai Punjabwali Recipe

    • 1 cup ridge gourd
    • 2 tbsp Saffola Oil
    • 1 tsp cumin seeds
    • ½ tsp chopped ginger
    • ½ cup chopped onion
    • 1 cup chopped tomatoes
    • Salt to taste
    • 2 tsp coriander powder
    • 1 tsp red chilli powder ½ tsp chopped green chilles
    • ½ tsp dry mango powder
    • ½ tsp turmeric powder
    • 1 cup chopped potatoes ½ cup 2 water
    • 1 tsp garam masala

How to make Turai Punjabwali

    • Heat oli in a pan, add cumin seeds, chopped ginger, salt, onions and sauté.
    • Add coriander powder, red chilli powder, green chilies, dry mango powder and stir well.
    • Add turmeric powder, ridge gourd, chopped potatoes and cook for 1 min.
    • Pour the vegetable into a pressure cook and cook for 8 to 10 mins.
