Turnip Kebab Recipe

    • 1 tbsp saffola oil
    • 1 cup chopped onions
    • 1 chopped green chilli
    • 1 tbsp ginger-garlic paste
    • 1 tsp chilli powder
    • 1 tsp cumin powder
    • 1 tsp cardamom powder
    • 1 tsp cinnamon powder
    • 1 cup boiled & grated turnip
    • ½ cup boiled & grated potatoes (mashed)
    • Salt to taste
    • ½ cup bread crumbs

How to make Turnip Kebab

    • Heat oil in a pan. Add onions, green chilli, ginger & garlic paste, chilli powder & cumin powder & cook for 2mins.
    • Take this mixture in a bowl & add elaichi powder*, dal chini powder*, turnip & mashed potatoes.
    • Add salt, ½ cup bread crumbs & mix well.
    • Make kebabs of this mixture and coat the pieces with bread crumbs.
    • Pan fry the kebabs for 5-6mins.
