Yam Cutlets Recipe

    • 2 tbsp saffola oil
    • 1 tsp cumin seeds
    • 4-5 curry leaves
    • 1 tbsp chopped onions
    • 1 chopped green chilli
    • 1/2 cup grated coconut
    • 1/2 tsp red chilli powder
    • Salt to taste
    • 1tsp garam masala
    • 1 bowl chopped yam

How to make Yam Cutlets

    • Heat oil in a pan. 
    • Add cumin seeds, curry leaves, onions, green chillies, granted coconut to the pan and cook for 2 minutes.
    • Add turmeric powder, chilli powder, salt, garam masala, yam and cook fo 2-3 mins.
    • Remove the mixture in a bowl; add coconut and rice flour and mix well
    • To prepare the special tadka, heat oil in the pan and cumin seeds, curry leaves, grated coconut, salt and cook for 1 min.
    • Heat oil in another pan.
    • Make cutlets out of the mixture and cook the cutlets in the pan.
